This document is a formal Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty between the nations of the UFIN. These conditions were decided upon by the legislative assembly of The Confederation of Shrek and approved by The People's Republic of New Candella. This treaty is NOT OPTIONAL. If you do not sign this, you will be exited from the UFIN. This treaty is meant to prevent cataclysmic events in the possible outbreak of war within the UFIN.
I X___________ hereby:


  • Agree to use my nuclear capabilities to produce power only.


  • Agreee to dispose of nuclear waste in a safe way that will not harm any forms of life.


  • Agree to keep,harvest, and or produce any and all radioactive elements (Technetium, Promethium, Polonium, Astatine, Radon, Francicium, Radium, Actinium, Thorium, Protactinium, Uranium, Neptunium, Plutonium, Americium, Curium, Berkelium, Californium, Einsteinium, Fermium, Mendelevium, Nobelium, Lawrencium, Rutherfordium, Dubnium, Seaborgium, Bohrium, Hassium, Meitnerium) in a controlled environment that will not harm any forms of life.


  • Recognize that not signing this treaty will result in expulsion from the UFIN.


  • Recognize that any violation of this treaty will result in expulsion from the UFIN.

All nations must give their expressed consent in the replies below. Failure to sign this treaty may result in a PERMANENT expulison from the UFIN.
