Reviewed Acceptance Into the UFIN

Dear President Goshaw,
I personally believe that free invitation to the UFIN should not be allowed. I personally believe that it would be more beneficial if we had a review system to allow or disallow one's entry into the UFIN. Whether that be a committee or simply a poll offered to all the nations on whether or not a nation should be admitted. It would allow the current nations to choose those who better fit in the UFIN and overall result in a more unified, likeminded federation.

For once I actually agree with the Greenskin. Nations should only be allowed to join if a vote is passed for them to be able to, or at least reviewed so that we don't invite intolerant and aggressive people. Also, I think that there should no longer be allowed to have puppet states since there could be unfair voting.
